How long does a repair take?
Screen replacements: 45–90 min. Battery: 30–60 min. Charging port: 30–60 min. Water damage: same-day assessment. Laptops: 1–3 days.
How much does it cost?
Screens from $79. Batteries from $29. Charging port cleanings from $30 (replacement costs more). We quote the exact price before starting — no surprises.
Will I lose my data during a repair?
Screen, battery, and charging port repairs never touch your data. For water damage, we take every precaution — but always back up via iCloud or Google before bringing it in. We also do data transfers to a new phone from $50.
What warranty do you offer?
90-day parts and labor warranty on all hardware repairs. Battery replacements get 1 year. If a part we installed turns out defective within that window, we replace it at no charge. (Accidental damage — like dropping it again — isn't covered, but we'll always give you a fair repair price.)
What if you can't fix my phone?
You pay nothing for the attempt. No fix, no fee. Diagnosis is free if we don't have to open the device; if we do, it's a $25 minimum that applies toward your repair.
Do you buy phones?
Yes — working phones and phones with a cracked screen that still power on. Cash on the spot. We don't pay for water-damaged or dead phones, but we'll recycle them for you free.
Do you sell used phones?
Yes — tested, warrantied used iPhones and Androids at fair prices. Browse the devices page or call ahead to check stock.
Do you fix Samsung phones?
Yes — Galaxy S series, A series, and more. We carry screens and batteries for the most popular Samsung models.
Can you fix a phone that won't turn on?
Often yes. We diagnose the cause — dead battery, failed port, or board failure — and repair what's fixable. If it's truly dead and unrepairable, there's nothing anyone can do, but we'll tell you straight.
Do you fix iPads?
Yes — screen, battery, and charging port for most iPad models including mini and Pro.
Can you remove ads and popups from my phone?
Yes — if your phone is full of pop-up ads or spam apps you never installed, we track down the adware and clean it out from $40, without wiping your photos or contacts.
Do you do laptop repairs?
Yes — screen, keyboard, and battery on MacBooks and Windows laptops. Also virus removal, OS reinstalls, SSD upgrades.
My phone got wet — what should I do?
Power it OFF immediately. Do NOT plug it in. Do NOT put it in rice (myth). Bring it to us as fast as possible — every hour matters.
Do you unlock phones?
Yes — carrier unlock for $20. Works on most GSM and CDMA carriers.
