By using marionphonerepair.com or our repair services, you agree to these terms.

Repair services

All repairs are quoted before work begins. You authorize us to perform only the quoted work. Our 90-day warranty covers the specific repair performed and does not cover new damage, water damage, or pre-existing issues.

Liability

We are not responsible for data loss. Back up your device before bringing it in. We take all reasonable care but cannot guarantee against pre-existing damage worsening during repair.

Abandoned devices

Devices left unclaimed for 30 days after repair completion may be subject to storage fees or disposal.
