FAQ
My phone says it's water resistant — why did it break?
Water resistance ratings degrade over time as seals wear out. IP68 is not waterproof for every situation, especially older phones.
Should I put it in rice?
No. Rice is a myth — it does nothing useful and wastes precious time. Bring it to us immediately instead.
Can you guarantee recovery?
No repair shop can. If the logic board is corroded beyond repair, no one can fix it. But we try everything before giving up, and you pay nothing if we fail.
